Return & Refund
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes some products do not suit you and you would like a refund. As long as the product is in its original condition, we accept returns within 30 days of the date the product was delivered to you.
How to return
– Send a return request to our email address [email protected].
– We will send you an email with instructions on how to complete the return process within 1 business day.
– Please note that the original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
Return Conditions:
– Any returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
– Once we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before issuing a refund for returned items.
Conditions that are not considered quality defects
– Loose threads, rough edges, thickness, slightly thin fabric, and color variations due to differences between display screens are NOT considered quality problems.
– Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, and changes in personal preferences are NOT considered quality problems.
– Damage caused by improper use, washing, maintenance, DIY repair, modification, or other human factors are NOT considered quality problems.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the condition of returned products, so please make sure they are properly packaged and not damaged in transit!
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in the wrong condition, we will not be able to refund you and may have to reship it to you (and ask you to pay for shipping costs). All items are inspected upon return.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item and decide to return it, we will refund the original order value plus the cost of return shipping after inspecting the items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially credited.
Next, contact your bank. It typically takes some processing time before a refund is credited.

Lehner.store will not accept any form of return. All returns must be sent by post.
Only approved returns will be accepted.
Lehner.store reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return requirements as outlined in our Refunds and Returns Policy.
